I'm not usually very good at marking stuff but I made the effort. White labels with black supposedly permanent ink. The sun ignores this so I have 2 dozen trees in pots that I have to discern by fruit and leaf shape.
I bought some pots from carboot that had this silver writing on the side that wouldnt come off.
The pens are available on Ebay and Amazon. They are a metallic ink. I chose silver.
They are rather very good.
Pen has to be kept horizontal when not used.
Mine are Chinese but work very well.
